A household clearance company serving North Rhine-Westphalia was trading under a domain nobody could spell, on a site that asked visitors to work for the contact details. The rebuild moved the business to haushaltsankauf24.de and rebuilt the path from "I need this cleared" to "someone is coming to look at it".
Haushaltsauflösung — clearing out a household — is something people arrange at difficult moments: a death in the family, a move into care, a property that has to be emptied before it changes hands. The visitor is rarely shopping around for fun. They want to know that the company is real, what it costs, and how fast someone can come.
The original site, haushaltsaufloesungennrw.de, worked against all three. The domain was long and easy to mistype, which quietly costs a business every referral made by word of mouth. The new domain, haushaltsankauf24.de, is shorter, spellable over the phone, and says what the business does.
haushaltsaufloesungennrw.de → haushaltsankauf24.de. The move was not cosmetic: the domain, the structure, and the order in which the site answers questions all changed.
